Tsunami Cents
2006-2007

     The Junior High at QHS decided they wanted to do something to help out with the tsunami that hit Southeast Asia on December 26, 2004.  They organized a penny drive, where their goal was to collect one penny for each victim of the tsunami.  There were over 200,000 victims.  The junior high students met their goal.  Here are pictures of them laying out the pennies on the floor of the gym on April 28, 2005.
