This self-defense course is taught in (2) two-hour modules. It is offered in response to a recent fatal abduction in Reno, raising much public concern about the personal safety of our young people who have left or will soon be leaving home for the first time. The course is taught by Burkhard Bohm, Sensei of Feather River Kodenkan Dojo. He holds a black belt and ran in Dan Can Ryu JuJitsu. He has taught regular JuJitsu classes for children and adults in Portola & Quincy since 1998 and conducted several assault prevention courses in Plumas County.
